The product is great, always recommended. It's a shame the customer service is so terrible. They're incompetent, poorly informed, untrained, and unfortunately, they don't know how to solve simple problems. My package arrived 10 days late, and I lost both my job and the customer, but they resolve the issue with the usual solutions. We're sorry to hear this; we'll try to improve. It's impossible to work like this.
